What You Can Expect During the Renovation Process

Our home renovation designers offer full-service support at every stage of your project. Here’s how our process works:

      Discovery Call

      We start with a discovery call, where you’ll discuss your vision, style preferences, and project goals. This call helps us determine the best design service for your needs, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience from the start.

      Design Questionnaire

      After the discovery call, you’ll complete a design questionnaire that helps us understand your style, preferences, and any dislikes. This step allows us to tailor our design approach, ensuring your space reflects your unique taste and personality.

      Consultation

      We start with an in-depth consultation, priced at $395 for up to 1 hour, where we’ll discuss your project, take photos of applicable spaces, and review your style preferences and overall vision. This fee is deducted from the cost of your design services.

      ●       Complete and review a detailed questionnaire

      ●       Review paint colors and inspiration images

      ●       Review house plans (if available)

      Concept Development

      We’ll create a clear direction for the renovation, including space plans and inspirational  selections for materials, furniture, and finishes.

      Selection Meetings

      We organize vendor meetings to finalize tile, flooring, cabinetry, counters, lighting, plumbing options and more. 

      Design Visuals

      You’ll receive detailed space plans and 2D visuals that show how each selection fits together, including trim work and other design details.

      Construction Specification Book
      A comprehensive guide outlining all materials, specifications, placement, and finishes for the builder and tradespeople.
      In-Person Design Presentation
      You’ll see samples of the materials we’ve selected to ensure they align with your vision.
      Coordination with Project Supervisor
      We work closely with the project supervisor, builder, tradesmen, and general contractor to ensure the renovation stays on track and meets our high standards of quality.
      On-Site Visits & Project Management

      Our team will visit the site regularly and communicate with the contractor ensuring the project runs smoothly from start to finish.
