Everyone has a distinct style even if they don’t exactly know how to express it. I’ve been blessed to help my clients in designing functional spaces that look incredible according to their style.
At Welcome Home Styling, it’s my job to help you express your unique style and create a welcoming home for your family! Our goal is for clients to show their personality throughout their homes and to take the stress away that comes with designing and decorating a house.
Hiring Welcome Home Styling
It’s not every day that you hire an interior designer, so the differences in services provided at one interior design firm to another may be easily misunderstood. We offer full-service interior design, digital design boards, Designer for a day, and consultations. Here’s what each service entails and what you can expect when working with Welcome Home Styling.
Consultation
During your consultation, we’ll take a tour of your space together and discuss your vision for the project. I’ll ask questions about your lifestyle, how the space is currently being used, and how you would like to use the space.
I’ll take detailed notes and pictures of each space. We’ll talk about the furniture pieces you need, and the furnishings you’ll be incorporating into the new design. The consultation is a great time to share details and inspirational photos with me so we can put together a digital design board.
What to Expect During Your Consultation
- Take pictures of each space
- Talk through the questionnaire
- Talk about function, needs, wants/overall vision
- Look at paint colors if needed
- Go over style and review inspiration pics
- Review house plans and client’s inspiration pics
In-person consultations are $395 for up to 1 hour.
*This will be deducted from the proposal.
Designer for a Day
- Designer will shop in person with the client using their credit card to help make decisions on products you are not sure about and find the items to complete a space.
- This can also be used for site visits, walk-throughs, etc. to include: explanation of board furnishings and placement
Full-Service Interior Design
About
This service is suited for those who are seeking comprehensive support with decorating and furnishing from us from start to finish. From concept to completion, our team will handle it all including working with carpenters on wall treatments, built-ins, etc.
We can keep you from making costly mistakes and overthinking. In the end it will save you money and time. We have access to resources that are not available to the public in which we can curate a unique look just for your space. We will manage the odds and ends throughout the process to create a well-designed home!
Consultation

Consultations are $395 for up to 1 hour.

Concept and Design Phase
The Concept and Design phase will be calculated based on the size of the project (services, rooms, and the number of main furnishings) to determine a fixed fee price. After the consultation, a proposal will be sent for the cost of services for your specific project.
In the Concept and Design Phase:
Step 1: Consultation to discuss vision, function, wants, and needs. We will talk through the budget and review the investment guide, take pictures, and gauge the scope of work.
Step 2: Once the scope of work has been agreed on, the contract is signed, and initial payment made, we will schedule a Measurement day to get all the dimensions needed for the project.
Step 3: Virtual Concept presentation showing the direction best suited for your space based on the questionnaire, inspiration pics, and discussion during the consultation. A floor plan will also be shown to confirm the main furniture placement before items are sourced.
Step 4: Products will be sourced from our vendors to create a unique look for your space, and the design will be presented in person along with product swatches/samples.
Step 5: We will make two rounds of revisions for the final presentation. Once commitment is made during final revisions, this ends the Design Phase.

This service is suited for those who are seeking comprehensive support from us from start to finish with new builds, remodels, and renovation projects (which can include refinishing/decorating). From concept to completion, our team will handle it all and will work with the contractor and architect on all aspects of the project. We can keep you from making costly mistakes and overthinking. In the end, it will save you money and time. We have access to resources that are not available to the public in
which we can curate a unique look just for your space. We will manage the odds and ends throughout the process to create a well-designed home!
The Building/Renovation phase will be calculated based on the size of your home and/or the areas being renovated. After the consultation, a proposal will be sent for the cost of services for your specific project. Furnishing is not included and will be a separate proposal.

- Selection meetings with each vendor needed i.e. tile/flooring, cabinets, counters, lighting, plumbing, etc.
- Space plans, 2D visuals to view selections and trim work for each space
- Preparation of a construction specification book
- Coordination with the project supervisor during construction
- On-site visits
- Assistance with budget calculator for selections
- Project Management: communication with builder/general contractor and all trades

Digital Interior Design Services
About
Welcome Home Styling is proud to offer digital interior design services. This makes hiring Jessica and Welcome Home Styling more accessible. Our remote interior design services are ideal for clients who are looking for design and direction of a room and are comfortable ordering products themselves.
First, we assess your style, budget, needs, and functionality of the space. It is helpful to provide online inspiration photos. Then, we design a space that fits your needs and offer multiple options for products that you can purchase to complete the design.
Our Digital Design Process
At Welcome Home Styling, our digital design process is as follows:
Step 1:Initial Consultation to discuss your project.
Step 2: Present a digital design board
Step 3: A review call to make changes to your design
Step 4: Confirm products to purchase
Step 5: Follow up once the products arrive
What’s Included in Our Digital Design Service?
- 1 initial design concept to review showing the overall look of the space with furniture, decor, wall color, and flooring so you can see a full visual.
- Floor plan to scale with dimensions and size of furniture that best fit the space as well as placement.
- Multiple options for products to give a selection to choose from. Ex: 2 options for rug, 2 options for coffee tables, etc
- Virtual presentation to include: explanation of board furnishings and placement
- 1 final room design (includes updates needed for the client’s vision). Includes switching out products on the board, and or additional products sourced.
